Description
* Each aligned resource is expected to deliver 8 hours of net login (excluding breaks) per day. Any
extra login hours will not be considered for billing.
* The 192 hours per FTE will be applicable for all calendar months.
* National Holidays will be considered and agreed upon, and they will be excluded from the FTE
login delivery and billing.
* Any overtime (OT) rolled out will be paid at INR 100/- per hour and will be over and above the 8
hours of net login hours.
* OT will only be applicable with preapproval and will be mapped with the delivery.
* Under any circumstances, anyone working from home (WFH) must receive pre-approval and
deliver the agreed-upon deliverables. Non-adherence will not be considered for billing.
