We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule site visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch real estate projects.
- Follow up with leads and maintain an updated database of interested clients.
- Explain property features, pricing, and offers to generate interest.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for potential buyers.
- Address customer queries and provide necessary details.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM with customer interactions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling is preferred.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into leads.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
