About the Role:
This role is ideal for a highly organized and self-driven Remote Executive Assistant
who can manage open tasks, update internal systems, and follow through on
outstanding action items efficiently within a part-time schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining shared sheets and documentation
Managing and tracking open tasks and follow-ups
Ensuring all outstanding action items are completed or escalated
Communicating updates with relevant stakeholders
Proactively organizing schedules and helping with reminders
Requirements:
Strong command of task/project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion,
Trello, etc.)
Excellent written communication skills
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability
