Logistics Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation ecosystem, including key processes (e.g., warehousing, transportation management, freight forwarding, supply chain management), challenges, and industry trends.
Decision Maker Engagement: Proven ability to identify, engage, and build rapport with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
International Sales Experience: Experience selling to companies in the US and/or European markets is highly preferred.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects and business benefits of AI and BPO solutions.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing sales activities and pipelines.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in other European languages (e.g., German, French) is an advantage.
Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Results-Oriented: Strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to cultural differences and business etiquette in the US and European markets.
