We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for converting lead to prospective client over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting project or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a Project
Answer questions about project or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the CRM
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Keep records of calls and clients and note useful information
Requirements
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;
Good knowledge of relevant computer (MS Office)
Ability to learn about project and services
Describe/Explain the project to the client, fix an appointment for a visit.
Proficiency in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Timings : 11PM to 6Pm
