* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Proficient at computers (word, excel etc)
* Should Be Able to Take Up Client Calls and Respond to the Client Queries.
* Should Be Able to Monitor, Track and Understand the Customer problem and Give Them Appropriate Solutions.
* Freshers Welcome with an attitude to grow.
Key responsibilities:
* Followup with Prospects via emails and calls
* Connect with clients via Linkedin
* Work on cross-selling/up-selling to existing customers
* Converting cold leads into subscriptions and renewals
* Understand the need of each client
* Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into the CRM system
* Customer relationship management during and after course of services.
* Agent payout – INR 300000 to INR 700000 PA CTC depending on the experience
* Language - English mandate. Hindi would be an added advantage
