CXpod provides an end-to-end CX platform to enable distributed Customer Service for both Voice and Non-Voice.
The Consultant Job profile is given below:
· Experienced & Fresher Candidates for a leading Ecommerce Voice Process, permanent Work from Home from anywhere in India
· Candidate Must be a Graduate OR diploma holder (3 years) under any discipline
· Candidate must have proficiency in English and Hindi
· Candidate must have good communication skills
· Candidate Must have a Laptop / Desktop (OS: Windows 10)
· Candidate Must have a Smartphone
· Candidate must have a stable Internet connection (Wifi / Broadband)
· Mandatory to login for 26 working days in a month
· On Floor (After Certification): 9 hours shifts (any slot) with one hour break in between
· Shift: Rotational Shift post certification completion, Weekly Off according to roster
Payout structure:
Payout INR 17000/- Per month (If all KPIs are met)
Stipend during Training Period: INR 3500 (Payable after 30 days in Production)
