Company Name – zoozle.in FEMALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED Seller Onboarding Specialist(Female Candidates) Job brief • In this role the person would be handling acquisition of sellers. • The person will be responsible for acquiring new sellers and growing them • This is an online sales role and the auociates are expected to do calling and work on warm leads as well. • The candidate would be responsible to drive multiple sales techniques to acquire new sellers • The associate will need to be versatile to work on acquiring sellers in multiple categories, make them go live and grow them. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast paced, ambitious environment • Candidate should be very comfortable with a target driven environment 

Desired ddlls and experience: 

• Overall 2-4 years of experience in sale, preferable in E-commerce and local search • Post Graduate is an added benefit • Should be comfortable with data and should be motivated to achieve targets • Ability to manage operations involving external partner teams with good communication skills • Relationship management skills, interpersonal communication skills - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams • Good at team work • Basic proficiency in MS applications e.g. Microsoft Word / Excel / Power point 

This job requires that you are self-motivated, can take direction well and learn quickly
