Hybrid Shift-Need to visit Bannerghatta (Bangalore ) location once in a week
Job Responsibilities:
● [Operations] Execution of Orders
a. Coordinating with artists to source artworks to Bangalore.
b. Coordinate quality checks of the work along with authenticity certificates.
c. Coordinate packaging maintaining the standards of packing.
d. Book a shipment with our logistics partners (DTDC, FedEx, Blue Dart) for pickup and
ensure that the pickup happens on time.
e. Update the order status at every stage using our website back-end.
f. Track shipments and coordinate with the customer to confirm.
g. Receive feedback from the customer and testimonials.
