Job description
-Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
-Understand customer needs & requirements and explain solution at hand to prospects such that it generates action from the prospect
-Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure
-Work closely with the lead generation team in achieving daily quotas effectively
-Achieving targets as set out by the business - Minimum 1-2 Meetings per week.
Required Candidate Profile
-Proven inside sales US cold call experience
-Willingness to work in US shift
-Track record of achieving targets
-Proactive, willing to learn and a strong team player
-Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferred, not mandatory
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
